Neil Cohen, a graphic designer and art director, brings his distinctive visual language of curved, organic forms to the Kiryat Shmona Stadium, home to the city’s football team and a source of pride for its close-knit community.

Neil Cohen’s visual language grew out of a meditative practice, shaped by repetition and flow. Bringing this sensibility to Kiryat Shmona, a border community that has long lived with uncertainty yet continues to show resilience, creates a quiet meeting of inner calm and collective strength.

In his work, he often uses bright, expressive colours, which in this mural naturally align with the blue, white and black of Kiryat Shmona’s football team.

From the flowing, organic forms, figures of football players emerge. Between them appear a dove and two facing heads, symbols of respect between sporting rivals.
